Cancellation Policy

Due to the unique nature of the courses and the limited spaces available, please note the following: For notified cancellations by participants made more than 14 days in advance, refunds are unavailable but date changes are permitted. For notified cancellations by participants made less than 14 days in advance, refunds are unavailable and date changes aren’t permitted; you are welcome however to transfer the booking to someone else. It is the responsibility of the person who made the original booking to find a replacement if needed. Note that bookings made with Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded. Cancellation or Postponement by provider: In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled, or postponed due to insufficient bookings, participants will be given as much notice as possible and any payments made will either be refunded or carried over to the next available date, subject to availability. Travel and Other Costs: Please note that the responsibility for travel or other costs incurred due of cancellation or postponement cannot be accepted by the course provider. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, No exceptions to this policy will be made.
